Last week, we celebrated Employee Appreciation Week here at Glenwood! 🎉

Throughout the week, we had a few special activities to thank our team, including an ice cream day, a Tim Hortons breakfast, and to finish the week, an amazing Real Texas-Style BBQ by Morse et Marteaux, followed by a Washer Toss Tournament!

Congratulations to Richard C. and John G. on pulling off the big WIN at our Washer Toss Tournament! 🏆

Runners-up were Christopher H. and some guy who apparently couldn’t throw a washer straight if his life depended on it — our dear manager, Andrew B..

A BIG thank-you to Kerry K., Nadine B., and Shawn S. for doing such a great job planning everything and making the week happen. Job well done!!

We also want to say a big thank-you to all of our employees for the great work they do every day. We’re very lucky to have a team we can count on, and we want everyone here to know they can count on us too.

What a great day at the Défi Everest Challenge!

This past Saturday, the community came together at Rotary Park in Dieppe for a four-hour challenge, with teams walking and running a 2 km loop and working together toward the symbolic goal of climbing Mount Everest.

The event brings people together through physical activity while also supporting local schools and raising funds for multiple myeloma research.

Glenwood Kitchen was proud to be one of the sponsors of this year’s event, and even more proud to see some of our employees and friends out there taking part in the challenge!

Great job to everyone who participated, volunteered, and helped make the day happen!

Today is the last day with us for our summer students, Dominik Noel and Kalvin Boudreau.

We want to thank both of them for their hard work, effort, and positive attitude throughout the summer. It is always great to see young people who are willing to learn, work hard, and gain new experience.

Dominik and Kalvin are also part of the Glenwood family in another special way: they are the sons of two of our employees, Louis Noel and Rickie Boudreau. As a family-owned company, moments like this make us especially proud.

We are always happy to support the growth of young people in our community and to be a small part of their journey.
