Join the team at Yellow Door Property Maintenance
We are looking for a reliable and self motivated individual to join our team as a Sign Installer, responsible for installing real estate sign posts throughout the Moncton area.
Job Details:
Position: Casual Part-Time based on operational needs. 3-6h/day, approximately 3 days per week.
Pay: Starting at $24/hour.
Schedule: Flexible – you choose your hours between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday.
Start Date: July 1st, 2025.
Responsibilities:
Install and remove sign posts for real estate listings in and around Moncton.
Use hand and power tools safely and proficiently.
Assemble, paint, and repair post inventory.
Drive company a vehicle to and from job sites throughout the region.
Accurately maintain records and manage inventory.
Requirements:
Valid class 5 driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract.
Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
Physically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.
Business is located in Grand Barachois. Personal transportation is required.
Strong time management and self direction abilities.
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
Successful candidates will be required to undergo a background check.
