At the Tillicum project, our planning process includes everything from trench protection systems and traffic management to utility coordination and crew scheduling. The Havenwood Park Subdivision, developed by Eagle Pacific Developments, transformed a challenging hillside site in Colwood into a fully serviced, building-ready community. Our work included site preparation, grading, underground utilities, drainage systems, roadworks, retaining walls, and environmental restoration measures throughout the development.

From creek integration and erosion control to a large-scale boulder retaining wall built with on-site rock, every element was carefully coordinated to support both future development and the surrounding natural environment.

This full-scale civil construction project transformed Saunders Street into a modern, functional streetscape built for long-term community use. Completed in partnership with WestUrban Developments Ltd., our work included roadway grading and paving, sidewalks and curbs, underground utilities, drainage systems, street lighting, and accessibility upgrades throughout the site.

From initial site preparation to final grading, every phase was carefully coordinated to deliver durable infrastructure designed to serve the community for years to come.
