🚿 Watering Reminder – Help Us Conserve! 💧

We’re proud of our community’s well-kept appearance and truly appreciate the care our residents put into keeping their yards green, healthy, and inviting!

To conserve water and help your lawn thrive, please water only between 7:00 PM and 10:00 AM as outlined in the Town’s recently adopted Water Use Policy (April 22 Council Meeting).

Here’s why evening and overnight watering is best:
💨 Less evaporation during cooler hours
🌱 Water soaks deeper into the soil, reaching roots more effectively
🦠 Lower risk of lawn diseases compared to watering at night when it’s humid and still
💸 Helps reduce unnecessary water use and runoff

This project was completed during summer. The client wanted an outdoor space useable for cooking and relaxing. The tree trunk was going to be later turned into a table.

This project consisted of laying pavers down where it previously stood. Placing pea gravel against the house and rolling out fresh sod.
