Thank you Signature Support Services for another project and thank you to the tenants of the group home for their patience.
I forgot before photos but snapped some mid job and finished ones.

We built a bedroom in the basement after it had flooded.

The upstairs bathroom was split into 2 areas with a 3rd door in the middle, we removed 2 doors and created one entry point, removed 2 vanities and replaced with a larger vanity, updated the flooring to new lino, removed old surround/tub and replaced with new one, and gave the whole room a new paint job.

We also installed new subfloor and flooring in the rear entry making it easier for wheelchair mobility access.

Thank you Sexsmith and District Museum Society for continuing to allow us to work with you to improve the train station.

We added stairs in May to create access to the newly added dining car.

I would like to thank the Hythe Motor Speedway for the opportunity to work on the large grand stands.

Like all jobs this one had unique obstacles to overcome. The stands being built in 2 stages over 2 decades and being moved so, nothing quite lined up as it once had.

The original stands had 2 sets of narrow stairs about 2 feet wide both in the middle section, we added stairs along the edges and 3 sets in the middle with hand rails all 3 feet wide. A long time attendee mentioned while making the estimate that it was difficult at times to get into different seating spots with only 2 sets of stairs.

We made the camera crews platform safer by adding hand railing, also creating a barrier so children couldn't climb onto the tower roof anymore.

We closed the sides and backside of the stands with tin, which will reduce wind (which we discovered Hythe has no shortage of), as well as some storage for such things as the garbage cans that would roll away at times with the wind 😂 😆
