With the front porch epoxied, we were able to return and complete the finishes, railing and fabricate remaining trims to complete the exterior - the house now matches the existing shop we’d previously built and is looking great.

With sidewalks being poured shortly, we will be back to install the final rail for the pre-fabricated stairs.

A crew has started the exterior renovation on a 150 year old locally owned house; it will feature white vertical board and batten siding w/ black trims, new basement windows and new exterior doors.

Demolition and repairs have began.
