A huge thank you to the Haviland community for your continued support at our annual charity event! Together, we raised $2,181!
​Special appreciation goes out to the Kiwanis Club for coordinating donations for the Mountainview School breakfast program and the Captain Tilley Recreational Complex. A big thank you to our musical guests, Angry Joe and the Growlers and Boneyard, as well as Jason, Hank, and Dawn for cooking up a storm. Thank you as well to Patrick Hunter for generously donating two beautiful prints for the raffle—it was a wonderful surprise. Winners were Heidi and Donna

🌲🔥 IT’S BACK! The 8th Annual Algoma Tree Services Community Meet & Greet Charity BBQ! 🔥🌲
​We are officially 3 weeks away from our favorite day of the summer! Mark your calendars for Saturday, August 8th and head on down to 1424 Havilland Shores Drive in Goulais River.
​We had so much fun last year, and this year is shaping up to be even bigger and better. Rain or shine, we’ve got you covered—literally! We just picked up 2 massive event tents so a little drizzle won't stop the party. ⛺☀️
​Here is what we have lined up for you:
🎸 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM: Live music with Angry Joe & The Growlers
🍔 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM: Charity BBQ! All proceeds this year are going directly to support the kids' section of our local Kiwanis Club. Come hungry and eat for a great cause!
🎸 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM: Bone Yard 225 takes the stage to rock the night away
🔥 Nightcap: We’ll be winding down and catching up around a massive community bonfire!
​🍻 BYOC: Bring your own cooler! All we ask is that everyone is responsible—please don't drink and drive.

​Expert Tree Care: Pruning, removals, and advanced rigging/climbing.
​Gear Pro: Operating chainsaws, chippers, and bucket trucks safely.
​Safety First: Adhering to industry best practices and company protocols.

​✅ Proven climbing and rigging experience.
​✅ Solid knowledge of tree ID, pests, and diseases.
​✅ Valid Driver’s License (DZ is a huge asset).
​✅ Physical fitness and a team-player attitude.
​✅ ISA Certification (Asset).
