Disaster Kleenup International (DKI) is a leading provider of emergency property restoration services across North America. At our Sault Ste. Marie branch, we specialize in fire, water, storm, and mould damage restoration, helping homeowners and businesses recover quickly and safely.
Position Overview
DKI Sault Ste. Marie is seeking a Project Manager to oversee restoration and reconstruction projects from initial assessment through to completion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality results while supporting clients during challenging times.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage restoration projects (fire, water, storm, mould) from start to finish
-Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers
-Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets
-Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters.
-Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to DKI standards
-Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports
Qualifications:
-3+ years of project management experience (restoration, construction, or related field preferred)
-Strong knowledge of building construction and repair processes
-Experience working with insurance claims is an asset
-Excellent communication and leadership skills
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
-Valid driver’s license
