Another challenging demolition project successfully completed by the MOD Demolition team.

This waterfront boathouse demolition came with a unique set of obstacles:
✔️ Tight working conditions on the shoreline
✔️ Elevated footing system that required precise machine operation
✔️ Environmental protection measures to prevent debris entering the water
✔️ Full site cleanup and material removal using GFL disposal bins

Our crew installed protective netting along the shoreline to contain debris and protect the environment throughout the entire demolition process. With strategic planning, skilled operators, and teamwork, we safely dismantled and removed the entire structure using heavy equipment while keeping the site controlled and clean from start to finish.

⚠️ FULL STRUCTURAL DEMOLITION COMPLETED ⚠️

Another successful project completed by MOD Demolition.

This structure presented major challenges from the start. The exterior brick was severely compromised and failing, creating additional safety risks throughout the demolition process. Due to site conditions, our crew utilized a man lift for safe access and controlled removal operations. One side of the property also contained a retaining wall, which significantly increased the labour required for cleanup and material handling.

Our scope included:

✔️ Full permit coordination
✔️ Utility disconnects and service coordination
✔️ Supplying temporary site power
✔️ Full demolition of the structure
✔️ Disposal and hauling of all debris
✔️ Site safety setup and containment
✔️ Final cleanup operations

Despite the complexity of the project, our team completed the entire house demolition in just ONE WEEK while maintaining safe and efficient operations throughout the process.

Most importantly, the homeowner was extremely happy with the pace, communication, and professionalism shown by our crew from start to finish.
