On August 6, 1966, three men – Jack Morrison, Ole Dravnieks, and Merv Zulynik – set out to build a surveying company founded on expertise, integrity, and hard work. They called it Underwood McLellan Surveys. That was the beginning of a legacy that continues today.
Sixty years later, our name has changed, but our commitment to delivering confidence through precision, expertise, and trusted partnerships remains the same.
What started in 1966 with two offices in Saskatoon and North Battleford has grown into a company serving communities across Western Canada. Today, our team spans Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba, carrying forward the same vision that inspired our founders six decades ago.
For six decades, every boundary we've measured, every property we've defined, and every project we've supported has reflected who we are. But our legacy isn't measured only in the land we've surveyed – it's built on the people, partnerships, and trust that have shaped our journey from the very beginning.
As we celebrate our 60th anniversary, we honour the vision of our founders and thank every employee, client, and partner who has helped carry that vision forward. Here's to the foundation laid 60 years ago – and to everything still to come.
