12 years ago, with my family standing right beside me, I took a leap of faith and founded All-Star Services. 💚⭐

When we first started, it was just one team member and me taking on the world. Over the years, we faced every challenge head-on and grew together. Today, that very first employee is now one of our key managers and has played a huge role in shaping this company. I will always be deeply grateful for his unwavering dedication, hard work, and commitment throughout the years.

But All-Star Services has always been a true family business. My sons and daughter have been a part of this journey since they were little. They grew up around the business, helping wherever they could and learning what hard work and dedication really mean. To now have them working full-time and continuing to be part of this journey with me is something I am incredibly proud of. Watching my sons and daughter grow alongside the company and become an important part of All-Star Services means more to me than words can express.

As our footprint expanded into Regina, we brought on a manager who quickly became so much more than an employee—he became family. His leadership has been a cornerstone of our success there, and I’m proud to continue walking this path alongside him.

When we expanded into Winnipeg, we initially started with one manager, but as time went on, we realized we needed a fresh direction. I was fortunate enough to begin that next chapter with a lifelong friend I’ve known since childhood. Watching someone I grew up with step into a leadership role and flourish within the All-Star family has been truly incredible.

Today, All-Star Services operates across Saskatoon, Regina, Winnipeg, and Calgary—and we're just getting started!

If these past 12 years have taught me anything, it’s that you never build something great alone. Behind every site, every truck, and every long day are extraordinary people. It takes dedicated staff, strong leaders, family, and a team that genuinely believes in the vision.

I am incredibly proud of what we’ve built, but even more grateful for the people who made it happen—from my family who helped me take that very first step, to my sons and daughter who have grown up with this business and now work alongside me full-time, to every manager, supervisor and crew member who helps power All-Star Services every single day.

12 years of grit.
12 years of growth.
12 years of lifelong friendships.
12 years of family.
12 years of shared success.

And most importantly, a heartfelt thank you to my amazing wife Krystal.. Thank you for standing beside me through every long day, every challenge, and every success. Thank you for believing in me and supporting this dream from the very beginning. All-Star Services would not be what it is today without your love, support, and the sacrifices you've made along the way. I am forever grateful to have you by my side. 💚⭐
