Some of our favourite projects are the ones that bring communities together. 🏀🤾🏽‍♂️

We enjoy building recreation facilities because every project is different. Whether it's an arena, aquatics facility, fieldhouse, multi-use centre, cultural facility, or a community gathering space, each one reflects the people who will use it. Taking the time to understand local priorities, culture, and community identity helps inform the design and construction approach from the very beginning. 👷🏽‍♂️🔨

Progress is moving ahead at the new 107-unit townhome development in Cochrane, Alberta! 👷‍♀️

Our crews are currently installing deep underground utilities, including storm, sanitary, and water services, while advancing surveying, and materials testing to prepare the site for foundations.

Once complete, the development will feature 18 residential buildings, a community park and cabana, new roadways, landscaping, and full site servicing. The three-storey townhomes will include attached garages and overlook the Bow Valley with Rocky Mountain views. 🏔️👀

This new facility marks an exciting transition from Mainway Mazda’s long-standing Circle Drive location, bringing them into one of the city’s premier automotive destinations. Built using a Butler pre-engineered building system, the dealership features a contemporary showroom, service bays, and customer-focused amenities designed to support their continued growth and enhance the customer experience.✨

From design coordination through construction, our team worked closely with Mainway Mazda to bring their vision from rendering to reality. 👷🏽‍♂️👷‍♀️

We recently completed a project for the Saskatoon Berries at Cairns Field.

The work included a new VIP seating area featuring 354 custom seats behind home plate on aluminum grandstands, two concrete bar-top seating areas adjacent to the dugouts, and custom purple padding behind home plate. The project also involved netting, fencing, shale, and landscaping modifications to accommodate the new seating area.

Hopefully everyone gets a chance to catch a game this season. Go berries! 🫐 ⚾️
