A furnace quitting overnight is stressful enough.

Getting clear answers shouldn't add to it.

One Gibbon customer, Nancy, shared her experience after her furnace stopped working during the night.

She highlighted that Gibbon was able to come out the same day, and that technician Mike was friendly, efficient and explained both the problem and how he repaired it.

Her verdict?

“Will definitely call them again if needed.”

Quick question:

Does every room in your house agree on what temperature it is?

Because sometimes the thermostat says 21°…

…the living room says 21°…

…and that one bedroom upstairs says:

“Welcome to the Arctic.” 🥶

Hot and cold spots around the house can happen for several reasons, from airflow issues and blocked vents to problems with the heating system itself.

If you’re constantly adjusting the thermostat trying to make everybody comfortable, it might be worth finding out what’s actually going on.
