Thursday Tip: Understand what's included in your contract before you sign.

Not all new home contracts are created equal. Some builders include landscaping, appliances, or finished basements in their base price. Others don't. The difference between a quote that looks affordable and a final cost that surprises you often comes down to what was never spelled out clearly at the start.
Before you sign anything, ask for a detailed inclusions list. What's standard? What's an upgrade? What falls outside the contract entirely?

An entrance is one of the hardest-working spaces in any home, and one of the most overlooked at the design stage. Done well, it handles boots, coats, bags, dog leashes, hockey gear, and everything in between without making the house feel cluttered the moment you walk through the door.

In a custom build, we plan entryway storage from the start rather than trying to squeeze it in after the fact.

Past Properties

This beautifully designed 1772sf home was completed in 2022 in Aspen Ridge. It boasted a very well-thought-out and functional floor plan, with tons of upgrades. Includes a garage pad with apron, large backyard and front yard landscaping. The basement was open for future development.
