During that time, he has grown along with the industry, from his beginnings in the 1990’s installing shake roofs, right up to the 2000’s, as he keeps abreast of the very latest products and installation techniques. In 2005, he created his own opportunity and was able to apprentice with a Roofing Inspection and Consulting firm, followin
g the completion of his training he achieved his credentials as an RCABC accepted Certified Roofing Inspector. Upon moving back to Saskatchewan in 2009, he discovered that the province lacked a reliable, professional roofing contractor with the ability to provide the highest quality materials and workmanship. He reached out to one of his original roofing industry employers, Madge Contracting Ltd., and entered into a partnership with that company’s owner. That was the beginning of Madge Contracting Saskatchewan Division Ltd. Since that time, Jann has become the business’ sole owner, and the company has been rebranded as Madge Roofing Inc. Currently, the company employs a large professional team consisting of full time employees and sub-contract crews. The mission of Madge Roofing Inc. is to provide top notch, high quality, professional service to residential roofing customers and commercial roofing customers alike. Jann’s extensive experience in the roofing industry, combined with his vast knowledge of the latest and best products and installation techniques, have certainly prepared him to take on this role in West Central Saskatchewan.
