We had a beautiful summer here in Saskatchewan, and with autumn well on its way, we are definitely enjoying these clear days on the roof before the snow starts flying. ☀️🍂

But there is no slowing down. Fall is always a massive push for our crews. It is a constant race to get massive rooftop units set, lines tied in, and the exterior mechanical completely locked down before the real cold hits.

Huge shoutout to the guys putting in the hours, taking advantage of the good weather, and keeping our commercial builds on schedule.

Things are moving fast out at Hall Lake.

When you're managing the mechanical scope on a major clinic expansion, staying ahead of the framers and keeping the rough-ins perfectly coordinated is the name of the game. Our crew is out at Hall Lake putting in the hours, making sure the complex plumbing and HVAC systems are dialed in exactly to spec, room after room.

Our sheet metal crews know that forced air systems have zero room for sloppy transitions.

Before we even start hanging ductwork, we are running through the blueprints to figure out how to navigate structural beams, plumbing lines, and electrical trays without compromising the ceiling heights or the airflow.

It takes a crew that actually understands the engineering behind the prints and knows how to adapt it to the reality of a busy job site.

Getting a job done right takes a lot more than just staying in our own lane. 🏗️

It takes real coordination with everyone on site. That means talking with the electricians early to make sure panels align and working with the framers so the bulkhead layouts make sense.

Protecting the schedule means catching issues before they happen and solving problems together with the other trades on site. That approach is the Flowtech standard.

You can have the cleanest sheet metal work and the best equipment on the wall, but if the system isn't balanced right, it just won't perform.

Air and water balancing is the make-or-break step on these complex residential builds. It's all about adjusting the ductwork, vents, and hydronic lines so the heating and cooling actually go exactly where they're supposed to.
