Another project is under construction in our yard!

We're excited to be working with our friends at Modular Building Solutions on the new 11,887-square-foot Meskanawiyiniwa Community Centre for Kawacatoose First Nation.

Designed to support a variety of community needs, the new space will provide room for community gatherings, family programming, and more.

We can't wait to see this project continue to come together. Stay tuned for more updates!

This week, we had the opportunity to visit La Loche and attend the Northern Horizons Summit!

It was great to connect with the community, hear from so many incredible people, and learn more about La Loche's history and culture as we continue working on their new hotel!

While we were there, we also stopped by the hotel site. It's exciting to see the progress taking shape in La Loche while construction continues in our yard in Saskatoon.

On Friday, we held our annual Woosah in memory of our late Operations Manager, Glenn.

This year, we also had the chance to celebrate two incredible 10-year employee anniversaries and present them with their hammer awards! It was the perfect evening to bring together our staff, subcontractors, and suppliers for some games, good company, and everyone's favourite burgers from Fuddruckers.

We are so excited to finally share the project video for Miakoda with Prince Albert Community Housing Society Inc.!

It was incredible to hear about how Miakoda is already making a difference in so many lives after just a few months. We absolutely loved working with this amazing group of people and are so proud to have played a part in bringing their vision to life.

The La Loche hotel has officially begun construction in our yard!

We are very excited to be the design-build partner on this project, and even more excited about the opportunities it will bring to Clearwater River Dene Nation and Métis Nation–Saskatchewan Local 39.

The hotel will support NexGen's Rook I Project and regional needs, and will include a conference room, restaurant, and cultural heritage centre.

With landscaping now complete, Smart Bays South is officially finished!

As this location wraps up, our next one is already underway, this time in Regina! Construction has officially begun at 102 & 110 Solomon Drive. The new development will feature three unit sizes to suit a variety of needs.

Another grand opening is in the books!

On Thursday, we celebrated the grand opening of Jubilee Terrace right here in Saskatoon! It was awesome celebrating alongside everyone who helped bring this project to life, and we're thrilled to know the first residents have already moved into their new homes.

We were also pleased to present a watercolour painting of Jubilee Terrace that our lead designer on the project, Pam, created as a thank you gift!
