Here's one for all you ICP fans out there. No, not Insane Clown Posse. This is a 16 year International Comfort Products furnace that needed a costly repair. Instead we installed a new Ducane furnace with 10 year parts and labour warranty.

This was an old Bryant that was long in the tooth. Far too costly to repair so it was time for a new furnace. 10 year parts and labour warranty with 97% efficient gas usage and 2 stage heating so it sips the natural gas.

A failed Carrier furnace with expensive replacement parts is a no no. Time for an upgrade! It was Furnace Friday and the team (me) at Lato Mechanical Ltd. delivered. Corporate (me) would like to thank another great customer for reaching out, getting his quotes from several big companies but ultimately going with Lato Mechanical Ltd. (me).

It's been a busy week for furnaces and it's actually nice outside. What gives? This is a 29 year old Lennox that couldn't be saved. Now a new Ducane high efficient with 10 years parts and labour warranty.

Always thankful to be staying busy and working for good customers that keep calling me back.

Get yourself a new furnace or maybe refer a friend!

Another new furnace this fall! This old Carrier saw some sh*t over the years. I limped it along as best I could but it was finally time to lay Frankenfurnace to rest with a new Ducane. Ten years parts and labour warranty standard on every install.

Lato Mechanical Ltd is celebrating 10 years! It's been 10 whole years and honestly the time has flown by. There have been ups and downs along the way but what I have learned is priceless.

Starting a business from scratch with nothing but a dream and a drive has not been easy but its been rewarding. The opportunity to run a business that supports my family and allows me be there for them is all I ever wanted. That to me is a success and I'm happy to be an owner/operated business that people trust and rely on.

I have always prided myself with being on time, informative and honest with my customers. It has been all of you over the last 10 that have supported me by hiring, trusting and spreading the name of a smaller company for all your mechanical needs.

I can't thank all of my customers enough for these last 10 years. The friends and family that have supported me from the start and shared my name to grow the business. Thank you for giving me a chance!
