This year, all my gladiolus were sacrificed to the thrips.

Sometimes, when a pest shows interest in a crop like this, I let it have its way, hoping it won't turn to other plants I value in my garden.

That said, now is a great time to enjoy your own gladiolus if you have them!

It's that time of year to check your weather app a little extra to make sure there's no frost in the picture!

Depending on where you live and what your microclimate is like, there might not be frost for weeks yet. But you never know. Better safe than sorry!
