We’re Hiring - Payroll Administrator
At PBN Construction, we know that getting payroll right matters. Our employees work hard, often in demanding northern environments, and they count on us to make sure they are paid accurately, on time, and with the level of service they deserve.
If you're the kind of person who notices when something doesn't add up, loves a good spreadsheet, and gets satisfaction from making sure everything is exactly where it should be - we want to meet you.
We are looking for someone who:
✔️ 2+ years of payroll experience (construction industry experience strongly preferred)
✔️ Proficiency with payroll software (e.g., QuickBooks, ADP, Sage, or similar)
✔️ QuickBooks Desktop experience would be an asset
✔️ Strong understanding of federal and provincial payroll laws
✔️ High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
✔️ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

For 14 years, the Pinehouse Elders Gathering has brought together generations to celebrate and preserve the rich culture, language, and traditions of our community.

Hosted by the community of Pinehouse, Kineepik Metis Local, and Pinehouse Business North (PBN), this annual gathering creates space for Elders to share their knowledge and wisdom through traditional foods, arts, jigging, square dancing, pow wow, language, sharing circles, and friendly competitions.

This event is a powerful reminder of what can happen when a community comes together with pride and purpose. It also wouldn't be possible without the many businesses and partners who generously support the gathering through sponsorships, meals, and ongoing partnerships.
