Salt Spring Masonry is growing and we’re looking to add to our crew:

🔨 1 Full-Time Mason (must live on Salt Spring)
đź“‹ 1 Part-Time Project Manager

We’re a locally rooted masonry company working across Salt Spring and the Gulf Islands, known for quality craftsmanship, clear communication, and solid ethics on and off the job site.

We’re looking for a reliable freelance CAD professional who can turn layout sketches into photorealistic 3D renderings.

Scope of work
• Import rough site measurements or 2D layouts.
• Build a clean, organized 3D model of the property (flexible about tools—SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, or similar).
• Incorporate the exact plants, trees, and hardscaoe materials using correct sizes, textures, and seasonal colors where possible.
• Add basic lighting and natural-looking materials so the scene feels realistic.
• Supply high-resolution still images plus the editable source file. A short walk-through animation is a nice bonus but not mandatory.
