If you’re pruning lilacs, timing matters! ⏲️

The best window to prune is about 2–4 weeks after blooming. That gives the plant enough time to set next year’s flower buds.

✂️ Prune too late in summer or fall… and you’ll likely cut off next spring’s blooms before they even happen.

A light thinning and removal of deadwood can also improve airflow and overall plant health. 🌿
