☀️ BEFORE & AFTER – Screened-In Patio Refresh! 🪵

What a difference a little TLC makes!

For this project, we removed the screens, hand-washed the wood with wood cleaner, prepped the surfaces, and finished it off with C2 Guard stain to bring the wood back to life!

The fresh stain really brings out the natural beauty of the wood and gives this outdoor space a refreshed, clean look. 👌

Have a deck, patio, or other outdoor project that needs some attention? We’d love to help!

From Outdated to Updated 🔧✨

This bathroom vanity was ready for a refresh!

We removed the old vanity, replaced the old leaking plumbing, and installed a brand-new vanity and faucet. A simple upgrade that made a big difference in the space.

The old plumbing was definitely showing its age — so getting that taken care of means no more leaks hiding underneath the sink. 💧👋

Another small project checked off the list for Sunset Handyman Service!

Not every job is glamorous... but every job matters! 😄

Today's stop had me at Walmart replacing a damaged toilet seat and repairing a broken toilet paper dispenser. It's not exactly the kind of work that makes the highlight reel, but keeping public spaces clean, safe, and functional helps make everyone's shopping experience a little more pleasant (and avoids a few awkward moments!).

At Sunset Handyman Service, no job is too small. From quick repairs and maintenance to larger projects, I'm always happy to help keep things working the way they should.

A fresh new look for Go E-Bike Rentals! 🚲
This project gave the front of the building a complete facelift. We removed the old, dated barn-style doors, framed in the opening to accommodate a new 9' x 7' overhead garage door, and finished it off with a clean new installation.
It's amazing how much of a difference one upgrade can make to the appearance and functionality of a business.
Thank you to Go-E-Bike Rentals for trusting Sunset Handyman Service with the project. Wishing you a fantastic season ahead! 🚴☀️

No job is too small! 🔨
This week was a great reminder that it's often the little projects that make a big difference.
✅ Replaced worn-out garage door weatherstripping to help keep out the elements.
✅ Swapped out rotting planter box rails with fresh new lumber, giving the garden beds a clean look and many more years of life.
Whether it's repairs, maintenance, or those small jobs you've been putting off, I'm always happy to help.

Some days the office is hard to beat. ☀️🌲🐕
Today had me out on a beautiful 15-acre mountain property installing a wireless dog fence for a client. It was a gorgeous sunny day, plenty of fresh air, and no shortage of steps as I followed the fence line through the brush to get everything set up.
It's days like these that remind me why I love what I do—helping great clients while getting to work in some amazing places.
If you've got a project around your home or property, I'd be happy to help. Give Sunset Handyman Service a call!

🔨 Before & After – Gate Replacement 🔨
Another happy customer and another project checked off the list!
This gate had seen better days, so the goal was to find a replacement that would be both cost-effective and a close match to the existing aluminum railing system. After some searching and planning, we were able to install a new gate that blends in nicely with the surrounding railing while restoring safety, function, and curb appeal.
It's always satisfying to take something worn out and give it a fresh new look without requiring a complete railing replacement.
If you have a broken gate, damaged railing, or a small project that's been on your to-do list, Sunset Handyman Service is here to help
