Jon brings more than a decade of leadership experience across real estate development and property management, SaaS sales, and hospitality operations.

Throughout his career, he has led large teams while implementing systems and operational processes that improve efficiency, increase revenue, and support scalable growth.

Prior to joining Amity, Jon served as a Director in the multifamily property management industry, where he built a reputation for leading with a people-first mindset while developing clear, proven operating procedures that drive performance and long-term success.

As COO, Jon will focus on strengthening operational systems, streamlining processes, and building the infrastructure needed to support Amity Exteriors’ continued growth and expansion.
