Commercial upfits may be smaller in scope, but they often present equally complex challenges as large-scale new construction.

For The Health Club, Airo combined a dedicated project manager and four-person HVAC crew with our Flywheel Process and technology like Trimble and Procore to keep the project on schedule while maintaining close collaboration with the general contractor. The result was a specialized HVAC and pool dehumidification system delivered under budget without compromising long-term performance.

Construction keeps the trades working.

For us, every construction project means hours in the field for HVAC and plumbing crews. It means apprentices getting experience, skilled tradespeople staying busy, and teams building careers around work that has to get done well.

That’s one of the things we appreciate most about this industry. Construction creates real work for the trades, and the trades are what keep construction moving.

Football is back, so what better time to talk about HVAC?

Each year, we install enough HVAC capacity to condition the equivalent of 10 NFL stadiums, or roughly 1 billion cubic feet of space.

That’s a lot of air to move, a lot of systems to coordinate, and a lot of work happening across our projects every year.
