When to do the gutter guards on this place and found the chimney starting to brake down. Fortunately there was minimal water leaking inside the house. We will take care of it before the cold weather.

A thank you to Michelle Tran at Solis Vita Spa. The guys did a quick little job for her. The walls have tile behind the drywall, took a bit to drill Michelle was great to work for and the place is spotless.

Had a nice bbq for the guys tonight. Show them are thanks for the hard work. Thanks to Angie Pearce for making amazing food. Deer, stake, short ribs and crazy good salads. Nice fire to top it off!

So I do have some thing to post!

!

I have had 3 or 4 of these and not said anything. But, I think I should mention it for any one looking for a contractor or some one just to get work done. If your looking go off references or actual proof of work. Not likes or amounts of site visits or views. I have had 4 or 5 people DM me this. It is unfortunate.

Be cautious people

We haven’t had much to show lately. The time consuming job we have been working on is fixing 150 year old window frames on a carriage house on a heritage home in London. ( I will show cool pics of it when we are done) Quick jobs we have been doing in the mean time are getting houses ready for winter. Caulking windows, pardging foundation and here is a little walk way roof.
