Neglecting your chimney can result in a leaky roof and lots of water damage. This chimney was rebuilt from roofline up but unfortunately the flashing was installed improperly therefor causing the spalling brick below roofline. Fortunately enough for this homeowner the water had stuck to the chimney and has not penetrated into the roof yet. She’s a big one folks!
