Meet the Owner -

Adam Beverley’s career as a plumber started in 2002 when he completed a high school placement with a London based company. Upon his graduation from Regina Mundi College, Adam started his 4-year apprenticeship program with that same company. When he completed his 4-year apprenticeship program through Fanshawe College, Adam started his Sole Proprietorship and became a Sub-Contracto

r. At the beginning of his career, Adam worked predominately in new residential construction and home renovations. Over the years, Adam expanded his knowledge of the plumbing industry by specializing in commercial properties, hydronic radiant in-floor heating installations, back flow prevention services, and residential and commercial service work. In May of 2016, Adam made the decision to incorporate his business and become to proud owner of Total Plumbing Solutions with his wife, Anna Beverley. The business started small in his own home garage and has since grown into a full-service plumbing company in St. In September of 2019, we reached a significant milestone in our company history. We were able to hire a second licensed plumber to expand our operations and serve our customers in a more productive manner. This company was started with the intent of providing a service that was notably needed in the community. When we started the company, we both learned early that meeting the customers’ expectations using the quality merchandise, reasonable prices, and on time service would be the key to our success. Over the years, we have forged strong bonds with our customers through mutual respect and exceeding their expectations. We are passionate about the plumbing industry, as well as huge believer in giving back and helping out in the community. We are proud supporters of Habitat for Humanity Heartland Ontario and the St.

Question for the other business owners out there...

Why is it that the customer who says, "Don't worry, whenever you can get here is fine," is usually dealing with a flooded basement, a burst pipe, or water coming through the ceiling...

But the customer who says, "This is an emergency!" is calling about a faucet that's been dripping for six months and has suddenly become unbearable at 10:00 PM on a Sunday?

After years in business, I've learned that the calmer the customer sounds, the more likely I'm about to walk into a real disaster.

Anyone else find this to be true?

Total Plumbing Solutions has built a strong reputation in St. Thomas and the surrounding area by focusing on the details that matter most: quality workmanship, reliability, cleanliness, and a customer-first experience. Under the leadership of Adam and Anna Beverley, that same standard has now grown into a new business: Event Ready Restrooms.

Created as a direct extension of Total Plumbing Solutions, Event Ready Restrooms brings modern, thoughtfully designed restroom trailers to weddings, corporate events, festivals, and special gatherings. After seeing a gap in the event industry, the Beverley’s set out to raise the standard for portable restroom experiences, offering a cleaner, more comfortable, and more professional option for guests. With support from the Elgin Business Resource Centre, they were able to approach this growth strategically and bring their vision to life.

What started as a leak on an in-floor heating system turned into a full upgrade with a brand new IBC combi boiler. This 28-year-old setup needed serious attention—there were multiple issues, from being improperly wired to operating as an open system tied into the domestic hot water.

The cistern had the potential to backfeed into the potable drinking water because there was no backflow prevention device installed. There was also no pressure-relief valve on the well system. On top of that, it was incredibly inefficient—costing the homeowner nearly $1000 a month to run.

Isaiah spent over a week carefully rebuilding and optimizing the entire system, making sure every detail was done right. The result? A safe, efficient, and properly functioning setup.

What started off as a “maybe the toilet is leaking” service call, turned into an exciting expedition through the ceiling cavity space, to repair a waterline leak. The leak was successfuly fixed, but the regrets are still pending. I think I am getting too old for this sh**!

This wasn’t how we planned to spend the Christmas holidays — but plumbing issues don’t wait for anyone!

A special thank you to the team for showing up and putting in the work. Approximately 50 ft of concrete was dug up and replaced to prevent future backup issues.

Christmas Hours Notice:

Total Plumbing Solutions will be closing early at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, December 22nd to celebrate our staff Christmas party. We will then be closed from Tuesday, December 23rd, returning to the office and back on the tools on Monday, January 5th, for a well-deserved holiday break.

An emergency technician will be available throughout the Christmas holiday, with the exception of Monday, December 22nd, to allow our entire team the opportunity to enjoy the celebration.
