Big visual change to this 80s gem. The split roof lines caused some issues with water getting in. We removed the front section of roof temporarily supporting the 20’ I-joist rafters on the rear of the home. A new 24’ lvl ridge beam was installed and new roof was framed to get that water moving away from the home. Lots more features to come on this one. Loving how it’s turning out.

It’s a little late for the new year new me post, but here we go 😂. One of the things about being a small business owner is that you end up wearing multiple hats within the business. From client meetings, emails, financials, quoting, ordering supplies and then showing up on site to actually do the work; and MARKETING! Likely one of my biggest struggles is engaging in posting online content to promote my business and showcase our work. Mix in being a dad with a young family and trying to complete a large scale renovation on my own home in the meantime, time is certainly a factor and has it’s challenges when creating the content that’s needed to showcase what we can do. This year I’d like to change that, setting a goal to post more in 2025. We’ve worked with so many great clients, designers and other contractors over the years and would love to (and need to) showcase not only our work, but their vision, and their version what make their home, home. We range in such a fast, scale of capability and various different projects including new builds, additions, kitchens, bathrooms, basements, multifamily-rental unit conversions, decks/fences and repair work, so we’d like to show the world that. If you’re interested in seeing something more specific, or have a large or even small project in mind for 2025, feel free to reach out! We have some really great projects lined up for 2025 already, but we’re always ready to work with someone new, or work again with previous clients. Here’s to a busy year and more engagement in 2025!

Finished this one up today. These handy homeowners are going to take it from here. They contacted us to build them a much needed mud/laundry room addition, and we got it done. They contracted their own roofers and they wrapped up today as well. Nice and watertight and ready for inspection!
