Attention Customers

We have tried for as long as we could to keep our service call rate as low as we could.

Unfortunately with the rising costs of everything we have no choice but to increase the costs of our service calls

As of April 1st our service call rate will be increasing

There will be a $5.00 - $10.00 increase in service call rates;

$90.00 old rate - $95.00 new rate
$100.00 old rate - $110.00 new rate

Long distance rates will also vary depending on location

Yes we have seen the same information as you have. As of right now we do not have any information as to what the fix will be

If you think that you have one of the affected ranges we strongly suggest going to this website:

there is a list of models and if you scroll to the very bottom, there is an email address or phone number to contact Frigidaire

You will need model and serial information when you call or email which is located at the bottom of your range, you will need to open the bottom drawer of your range and the model tag can be located on one of the legs.

Once we have any further information we will update this post.
