Day one. Ten years ago he clocked in, and we are not entirely sure he has ever really clocked out. That is just Zack. 🏆
Last night Zack Jones was recognized as a Four Under 40 recipient, and if you know Zack, you also know he spent most of the evening looking like he wanted to crawl under the table every time someone said something nice about him. The proof is in the photos.
Ten years ago Zack came on as an equipment operator and just never stopped. He is the guy who is on the machine at sunrise and still on the phone sorting out tomorrow’s job by sunset. He has grown into one of the most driven project managers we have ever had, and a huge part of why Cloney Construction is where it is today. Him and Cody, two project managers who go together like a blown hydraulic line and a choice word or two, have taken on everything we have thrown at them and then some.
When he is not running the show on site, you might catch him on a weekend at the yard with his girls in tow, already showing them the ropes. Those girls are going to grow up knowing exactly what hard work looks like. His wife deserves her own trophy for everything she holds down at home while this one is out here building the world.
There are not enough words, Zack. So we will just say this, ten years in, and here is to everything still ahead. We are so proud of you.
