Hi everyone. Harvest is a bit late this year but is underway! The heads aren’t as large as they were last year due to how much rain we had, but we are happy with the size considering garlic doesn’t like too much water! Prices will vary in size $1.00-$2.00 per head. We have our flagship garlic Red Russian, limited Music and one other variety( limited) which might be my fave Purple Russian. We have had some orders already, so if you would like to be on the list this year, please DM to be put on the list for when the garlic is ready.
Layla is happy to report that her little helper Emma is now old enough to help with the harvest!
Also an update on garlic scape salt and powder: we are happy to say that containers will be ready next week! We will have prices listed for this at that time!

Hi everyone. It’s been a little more than a hot minute since we have posted. Not only has the rain put back the growing of the garlic and harvesting of scapes but, we have been focused on family for the last little bit.
However Layla has been busy with the garlic overseeing and is now ready to post that all scapes have been harvested and garlic scapes powder and salt is currently being made.
She wants everyone to stay tuned for when it is all ready for our wonderful customers!

Hi everyone! It’s been a loooong winter and Layla is hoping that the snow on the garlic patch melts this week with the warm weather! She’s itching to get out there to remove the straw and inspect the garlic! Stay tuned!
