What was once a dated bathroom has been completely reimagined into a bright, modern space, with a more open layout, a seamless microcement walk-in shower, and clean glass detailing.

One of our favourite touches? The new mosaic flooring was inspired by the home’s original tile, bringing a piece of its character into the new design. ✨

A transformation that feels completely new, without losing what made the space unique in the first place.

Cette salle de bain autrefois démodée a été complètement repensée pour créer un espace plus ouvert et actuel, avec une do**he à l’italienne en microciment et des parois de verre épurées.

Un détail qu’on adore? Le nouveau plancher en mosaïque s’inspire du carrelage d’origine, un petit clin d’œil au caractère de la maison tout en donnant une toute nouvelle vie à l’espace. ✨

🔨 NEW PROJECT — ST-LAZARE.

We're taking you behind-the-scenes on our Starfox Project.

This week, we’re beginning the demolition of an existing 3-season room and deck that have been compromised over time by carpenter ants and ongoing moisture caused by an exhaust from the home.

At this stage, a quick fix isn’t the solution.

It’s time to take it down, address the problem properly, and rebuild it the way it should have been built from the start.
The project will include a completely rebuilt 3-season room, new deck and new staircases, all designed with quality, durability and longevity in mind.

Because when you invest in your home, what’s behind the finishes matters just as much as what you see.

Cette semaine, on commence la démolition d’une véranda 3 saisons et d’une terrasse existantes qui ont été endommagées au fil du temps par des fourmis charpentières et un problème d’humidité causé par une sortie d’air de la maison.

À ce stade, une réparation temporaire n’est tout simplement pas la solution.

Il est temps de démolir, de régler le problème à la source et de reconstruire comme ça aurait dû être fait dès le départ.

Le projet comprendra une toute nouvelle véranda 3 saisons, une nouvelle terrasse ainsi que de nouveaux escaliers, le tout conçu et construit avec la qualité, la durabilité et la longévité en tête.

Parce que lorsqu’on investit dans sa maison, ce qui se trouve derrière les finitions est tout aussi important que ce qu’on voit.

Same house. Completely different story. 🔥

This is what happens when you stop working around what’s there and start rethinking what the space could actually be.

The bathroom went from dated and forgettable to a statement, and the transformation didn’t stop there.

New finishes. Better flow. Elevated details. A completely different feel throughout the home.

The before makes the after hit that much harder. 👊🏼

C’est ce qui arrive quand on arrête de travailler autour de l’existant et qu’on repense complètement le potentiel d’un espace.

La salle de bain est passée de démodée à spectaculaire, et la transformation ne s’arrête pas là.

A family bathroom that finally works. 🤍

This space was simply too small for busy mornings and bath time with two toddlers.

By extending the room 36 inches, we created space for a larger tub, a custom swing glass shower door, and a layout built for everyday family life.

Warm walnut cabinetry, brushed brass fixtures, marble-look tile, and a timeless basketweave floor bring it all together.

Sometimes, just 36 inches can completely transform the way a family lives.
