We have an absolute gem to showcase today. We are super proud of this custom-built home.

This home resides close to Mispec in Saint John and has some of the most amazing views and feels of nature within city limits.

This custom-built home is full of craftsmanship details. It has radiant floor heating, an amazing central wood fire stove for those cool winter days, and closed-cell foam insulation for super-tight energy efficiency.

For those that don't know, Bob Perry, the man that started it all, has been the president of the Home Builders Association and was one of if not the very first builder in NB to build an r2000 home. We are experts in Energy Efficient home building.

This home has a big custom master suite shower and walk-in closet, much like most of the homes we build. Who doesn't want a space that is super comfortable to get ready in the morning!

Lastly, the view from the deck is simply stunning. Well planned to ensure the maximum benefit for views from inside and outside is achieved. I can just picture having a morning coffee on this deck.

Rural living at its finest!

Imagine sitting next to this gorgeous air-tight fireplace on a day like today … black windows, black soffit & facia - black everything. This is a modern vertical pattern on the outside for beautiful curb appeal.

As with every home we build, high-efficiency upgrades throughout. This means lower energy costs for the homeowners and comfortable living for a long time.

This beautiful home was completed in 2022 and is part of the NB Efficiency Program that existing and new homeowners can take advantage of.

It has an air-to-air furnace that operates on high efficiency and all the slabs/walls and ceilings were built to meet NB efficiency specs.

6 BUILDS ON THE GO!!

We are so excited about the projects we are currently working on and finishing up. To say we’re busy would be an understatement.

Can you believe the views some of these custom-built homes have? Wow!

We couldn’t have gotten the word out since we came home without the many family and friends telling everyone about Perry Homes. You all are amazing and we thank you so much for the likes/shares and feedback on the work we’ve been doing. Keep it up!!

Wait until you see this new build with an unbelievable view.

Located in beautiful Grand Bay, the guys hammered out the framing in just a week. Our guys are quick but even more so dedicated to a level of quality that clients have come to love.

This 2,400 sq ft rancher will be close to a net-zero home for efficiency. It will be utilizing a geo-thermal heating solution with radiant in-floor heat and have some of the most stunning views we’ve seen in the greater Saint John area. You can get a glimpse by looking out the large framed windows.

We can’t wait to showcase this one when it’s complete!
