Another productive week on Build #3! 👊

Spray foam is complete on the exterior walls, insulation is underway, and the vapour barrier is going up and being sealed as we get this one ready for drywall. 🏠

It’s always a good feeling when a build reaches this stage. A lot of the work happening right now will eventually be completely hidden but it’s some of the most important work in the entire home.

Build it right. Seal it right. Do it once. 💪

This one was an emotional one. ❤️

These buyers have been waiting two years for the right home and it certainly wasn’t for lack of trying. We looked, we searched, we put the work in, and there were definitely some disappointments along the way.

But they never settled.

And finally… we found THE ONE. 🏡✨

There’s something pretty special about handing keys to people who have waited this long for that moment. After two years of searching, we got it done and I couldn’t be happier for them. 🙌

Congratulations to my buyers on an absolutely beautiful home and the beginning of an exciting new chapter. You guys earned this one! ❤️🔑

I’ve known my client for a very long time, and when the right property came along, they knew they had to make a move. That meant making the commitment to their next home before their condo was sold and naturally, that comes with a little pressure. 😅

But that’s where having the right people, the right marketing strategy, and a solid plan makes all the difference.

We got to work, got the condo in front of the right buyers, and got it SOLD. 🙌🔑

Even after nearly 10 years in real estate, I still don’t take these moments for granted. Every client who trusts me with a move like this especially people I’ve known for years means a lot.

I’m incredibly grateful for the continued trust, referrals, friendships, and support that have allowed me to do what I do year after year. ❤️

🚪 This one felt pretty damn good. 🙌

We’re currently three builds on the go, and genuinely did not have a lot of extra time to squeeze another project into the schedule… but after hearing the story behind this one, we had to make the time.

These homeowners had been trying for FOUR YEARS to get this custom entrance replaced. They’d gone to home shows, contacted multiple companies and tried over and over to find someone willing to take it on.

And to be fair… it wasn’t an easy one. 😂🔨

Custom opening, log home, oversized door system there were a lot of moving parts. What might look like a simple door replacement ended up taking the guys about 10 hours to get installed and finished properly.

But this is why we do it.

I checked in with the homeowners the next day to make sure they were happy with everything, and they were literally emotional about finally having it done. She gave me a hug and thanked us for taking it on.

After waiting four years, they finally have their new entrance. ❤️🏡

That one made the long day worth it.

Huge credit to our guys for sticking with it and getting this one across the finish line. 💪🔨

Now… back to those three builds. 😂🏗️

Another Day, Another Job Site 😂🔨

Lots happening behind the scenes at our latest duplex project!

Electrical is pretty well wrapped up, plumbing and mechanical are moving along, and we’re getting closer to the point where all of this starts getting covered up and the spaces really begin to take shape.

And you can always tell when the electricians have officially left the building… 😂😂⚡️

It might look like a mess right now, but this is the stage where a LOT of the important work happens. Every wire, pipe, duct and detail matters before the walls get closed in.

Next up ➡️ insulation, drywall and another big transformation.

✨ A NEW CHAPTER. SAME COMPANY. ✨

This one has been in the works behind the scenes for a while, and I’m pretty excited to finally share it.

EY Properties Group is becoming ERY Properties Group. 🖤💛

The R represents my middle name. So ERY is still very much built around my name, my family and the company I’ve spent years building.

To most people, this might just look like a logo and name change. For me, it’s a lot bigger than that.

Over the last 10 years, my business has grown and changed more than I ever imagined when I started. 🏡

Real estate has been a huge part of that journey and will continue to be, but Properties Group has grown into much more.

Our construction and development side continues to grow. 🔨🏗️ We now have employees, multiple trucks and trailers, equipment, multiple job sites on the go, and we’re taking on bigger and more diverse projects.

With where we’re headed, I felt like now was the time to get the brand right — before we grow even further.

I’ve put a lot of thought into this behind the scenes and talked it through with the right people around me. I wanted something professional, strong and recognizable that represents everything we do today, but more importantly, something we can continue building on for many years to come.

That’s where ERY Properties Group comes in. 🖤💛

The new black and gold identity represents the direction we’re heading while keeping the foundation of the company exactly where it’s always been.

Just a new chapter and a brand built for where we’re going. ✨

You’ll start seeing ERY roll out online immediately, while our trucks, trailers, clothing, job sites and other materials transition over the coming weeks.
