🚨A smooth finish starts with the work underneath!🚨

For this job, we tackled the problem area around the accessible parking spot and walkway, with careful attention to where the water needed to go. Before paving, we had to consider the existing heights, the low spots collecting water, and how the repaired area would meet the surrounding pavement.

Getting the preparation right meant adjusting the base and grade to create a slope that directs water away from these areas. Each part needed to work together so we weren’t simply moving the pooling water from one spot to another.

That thought and preparation make all the difference in the finished job. Proud of our hardworking crew and the care they put into every step!

This is one we’re especially proud of.

This huge driveway took a lot of time, preparation and hard work from start to finish. A job this size is about so much more than just laying asphalt! It’s making sure the base is properly prepared, everything is graded right, the edges are clean, the asphalt is laid evenly and every detail is taken care of.

We couldn’t be prouder of our hard-working crew who put in the long hours and effort to get this one done right. Everyone worked together, paid attention to the little details and didn’t stop until we were happy with the finished product. The end result turned out absolutely beautiful, and seeing it all come together made the hard work worth it.

This job also means a little more to us. We’d like to dedicate this one to Uncle Mike, who taught us all a little bit of what we know. Some of the knowledge and work ethic he passed along continues to be a part of the work we do today.

A rough parking lot doesn’t get better on its own! We’ve repaired some of the worst problem areas and added a few asphalt overlay patches to smooth out the drive.

There’s still more work to do, but the difference is already showing. Stay tuned for the finished result!🤩

Those cracks and worn spots had seen better days. Now look at the driveway! 🤩

We cut out the damaged areas and laid new asphalt, prepped and crack sealed the cracks, then finished it with a fresh coat of seal. The repairs took care of the trouble spots, and the final coat brought the whole driveway together.

Fixing problem areas and sealing cracks helps keep water from getting in and causing more damage, especially when it freezes over winter.

A small problem area can stand out on an otherwise great driveway. We cut out the damaged asphalt, filled and compacted the repair, then finished the whole driveway with a fresh coat of sealer.

Another huge driveway protected before winter!

This driveway had a few large cracks with grass growing up and moss along the edges that needed attention. With lots of prep work we were able to seal the cracks and applied a fresh coat of driveway seal to help protect the asphalt from water, ice and harsh winter weather.

✨ A little work can make a BIG difference. ✨

This driveway’s was already in pretty good shape, but it had a few problem areas that needed some attention. We took care of those areas, crack sealed a few cracks, removed a grass section and added fresh asphalt to create extra space at their back walkway.

We finished it off with a fresh coat of seal coating to protect the asphalt and give the entire driveway a fresh new look!

With the rising cost of everything, we understand that a brand-new paved driveway isn’t always in the budget. That’s why we work hand in hand with our customers to find an option that works for them and their budget.

These customers decided to go with a fresh crushed rock driveway instead. Unfortunately, over time the grass had started to completely take over their existing driveway, so it was time for a much-needed refresh!

We dug out and removed the grass and overgrowth, installed geotextile fabric to help prevent the grass and weeds from growing back through, then brought in fresh crushed rock and properly graded the entire driveway for a clean, smooth finish.
What a difference! A driveway doesn’t have to be paved to completely transform the look of your property.
