A great architectural concept needs more than a beautiful design. Construction documents turn that vision into clear instructions for the team that will build it.

Here’s what each drawing tells you:

SITE PLAN
Shows the building in relation to the property — including boundaries, setbacks, access, parking, landscaping, and site features.

ELEVATIONS
Show how the building looks from each side — including exterior materials, windows, doors, heights, and architectural details.

FIRST FLOOR PLAN
Maps out the first level from above — showing room layouts, walls, doors, windows, dimensions, and key features.

SECOND FLOOR PLAN
Defines the upper level — including room arrangement, circulation, openings, dimensions, and connections to the structure below.

Together, these drawings create a clear roadmap from architectural vision to construction.
