This homeowner needed their deck replaced, after we removed the unstable and dangerous structure we had Postech Saint John come out and drill a couple of screw piles which gave us a solid foundation to build a new and improved deck.

This home owner needed to brighten up their bathroom and update it at the same time. The old clawfoot tub just wasn't cutting it anymore and had to go. So we installed a newer tub, rerouted the plumbing, updated the tile and style of diverter and added a grab bar for ease. Another happy customer!

This home owner wanted to upgrade their basement bathroom/laundry space. We were able to reclaim some floor space, add a shower, move the toilet and upgrade the vanity to a laundry tub style unit.

needed some storage created to store yoga props, we were shown the space and given the freedom to design based on kinds and sizes of specific props. They also requested a moveable instructors platform which we customized to match the same flow and style of the cabinets and vibe of the space.

Transforming this bathroom into a true spa-inspired retreat. The homeowners wanted tile backsplash carried around the room and above the bathtub, but we then uncovered a 3/4" slope in the tub that was causing drainage issues. After leveling the tub for proper function, we finished the space with warm cedar shiplap and custom trim at the tub base and shower liner .. adding texture, detail, and that relaxing spa-bath feel.

The homeowner pulled off the old deck and uncovered a rotten rim joist, then hit the panic button and called us in to help.
We walked them through the options, repaired the damage, and got the house prepped for a new 16' deck.

However, plans shifted, so we built a smaller deck with stairs for now, leaving room to go big again in the future.

Not the project they first imagined, but they ended up with a safe, functional upgrade, a ton of peace of mind, and a lot learned along the way.

This homeowner had a couple of fences that needed some attention—one more than the other.
We started by installing a 2x6 topper on the taller fence to straighten the posts and add rigidity to the entire run. On the shorter fence, we replaced the rails and fence boards, reinforced the leaning gate posts, and finished it off with a matching 2x6 topper to tie everything together.
The result is two much stronger, straighter fences that should provide years of reliable service.

The home owner reached out about turning their very open Master bedroom walk in closet/ensuite into a more privatised space with built in closets.
So we added a pocket door, moved some plumbing, removed the open shelves and hangers and installed a built in using IKEA cabinets. We then added end panels to match the existing vanity style. Happy customer 😍

A customer reached out that they wanted their door replaced. The metal wrap needed to be removed and new vertical siding was added. All in all the customer was extremely happy with the outcome!
