CNJ Builders is being built to do things differently.

Chris and Nic are building a company focused on strong communication, better systems, accountability, and creating a better experience for both clients and the team behind the work.

As CNJ continues to grow, the focus remains the same: improve the process, strengthen the team, and continue raising the standard.

This video shares a little more about who CNJ Builders is, where the company came from, and what Chris and Nic are working to build for the future.

The goal is simple — build great projects, build a great team, and build a company that lasts.

This is CNJ Builders.

🔨 Meet the people behind the projects at CNJ Builders!

This time, we’re on site with one of our Site Supervisors & Carpenters, talking about what goes into keeping a project moving, working alongside the crew, and what he enjoys most about being part of CNJ.

Great projects start with great people — and we’re proud of the team we’re building.

👷 Stay tuned as we continue introducing more of the people behind CNJ and sharing their stories!

Another look behind the scenes at the people who make CNJ what it is. 👷‍♀️🏠

Meet Carly, our Project Coordinator & Drafter!

Carly shares a little about how she became part of the CNJ team, her experience since joining us, and what it’s been like watching CNJ grow and evolve along the way.

As CNJ continues to grow, we want to share more of the stories, personalities, and people behind the projects you see every day.

Stay tuned — there’s plenty more to come from the CNJ crew! 🔨

The work matters — but so do the people you do it with. 👊

We asked a few of the guys what they enjoy most about working at CNJ Builders. No scripts, just their take on the team, the work, and what makes CNJ a great place to show up every day.

Good people. Quality work. The CNJ Way. 🔨

And this is just the start — keep an eye out for more videos like this as we introduce more of the crew and give you a look behind the scenes at CNJ!

Always happy to help!!

🌟 Community Corner Thank You! 🌟

A huge thank you to CNJ Builders for providing the flatbed for our morning warm-up! 🙌

And of course, a BIG thank you to The Studio for taking the lead and making sure everyone was stretched, warmed up, and ready to roll! 💪🧘‍♀️

Because… hips don’t lie! 😂 Stretching is a must before hitting the road for a Donut Run!

We’re so grateful to both CNJ Builders and The Studio for jumping in and supporting our event. Your support helped make the morning that much more fun — and hopefully kept a few sore muscles away! 🍩🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Thank you for being part of our Donut Run community! ❤️

🏗️ What you see is the finished product. What you don't see is months of planning.

Before the first hammer swings, there's countless hours spent on site visits, design coordination, budgeting, scheduling, engineering, permits, material sourcing, and organizing trades to make sure every detail comes together.

Large projects aren't successful by chance, they're successful because of the work that happens behind the scenes.

Here's a look at what goes into setting a project up for success before construction even begins. 👊

Family-run. Professionally managed. Built by a crew that puts in the work day after day. Proud of this team. 💪🏠

Another day of building.

Crews spread across multiple sites, equipment moving, materials going up, and progress being made.

A lot of moving parts, but that's what it takes to keep projects moving forward.

Unfortunately, we have been the victim of another theft.

At approximately 9:08 PM tonight, an individual entered our shop property and broke into one of our tool sheds, stealing several power tools.

If anyone recognizes this individual or the vehicle involved, please contact us directly or reach out to local authorities. The licence plate on the vehicle appears to be JLM 494; however, we are aware that the plate does not match the vehicle and may be stolen or improperly attached. We are sharing it in the hope that it may still help identify those responsible.

Please share this post to help us spread the word. We appreciate any information that may assist in recovering our tools and holding those responsible accountable.

Thank you for your support.

Big transformation completed(almost) at 1602 Rothesay Rd. 👏

Our team at CNJ Builders had the opportunity to completely renovate the exterior of this home along with building a brand-new addition and the final result completely changed the look and feel of the property.

If you’re familiar with the Rothesay area, chances are you’ve already driven by and noticed the transformation. From the updated exterior finishes to the added living space, this one came together beautifully and gave the home an entirely new presence.

We’re proud of the work the crew put into this project and excited to finally show some of the progress and finished details. More than anything, we appreciate the homeowners trusting us with such a major upgrade to their home.

Builds. Additions. Renovations.
