This week, we finalized a recent project. The old carport, retaining walls and pavement, which were in disrepair, were demolished to make way for upgrades. A new concrete slab with correct slope and drainage replaced the old pavement. New retaining walls were also constructed along the side, and a new carport was framed and installed with new siding.

This picturesque country home was already a gem, but the driveway had fallen victim to w**d overgrowth. The customer contacted us to regrade the driveway, update the walkway, and make repairs behind the retaining wall, finishing with the installation of fresh sod. The transformation is clear. A new garden shed for this homeowner has been successfully installed. The customer had a well-defined idea of what they wanted, reached out to us and we were able to deliver. The shed boasts a complete overhang, black doors and windows, and metal roofing, giving it a distinctive look. The customer has chosen to complete the siding on their own.

A customer recently came to us and said, 'Help, my deck is a hot mess.' We embarked on a journey to weigh the pros and cons of repair versus demolition and rebuilding, and let's just say it was a truly liberating experience. After some collaborative discussion, design review, and assessment of the old footings, we all agreed that sometimes you just have to start from scratch. The end result is a total showstopper, and we're overjoyed with the transformation. Take a look at the before and after photos to see the difference for yourself.

The homeowner's pride of ownership was apparent. However, their efforts were still hindered by obstacles that blocked their view of the water. They contacted us, and we brainstormed ideas, ultimately developing a plan. Despite the challenges posed by tight access and limited equipment space, we successfully entered the backyard, cleared overgrown areas, leveled the yard, and applied fresh topsoil. The results are evident. The only remaining task for this customer is to spread some seed, sit back, and enjoy the view as their new lawn develops.
