A little bit of change up, our client was experiencing mass flooding at her property due to the lay of the land. Previously they had a large dry well installed at the lowest point of the yard to contain backyard flooding, while this helped they were still experiencing some water travel. Sometimes there isn’t any other option but to embrace the cards you’ve been dealt. Since her only other option was to excavate her yard and run drainage from the back of the property all the way to the front yard through many obstacles and services we devised a plan. Instead of the water being a nuisance we made it a feature… We dug below grade and added additional stone to aid in drainage and sealed the Timbers with a non permeable membrane to contain the flood waters. Functional and aesthetically pleasing! We have limited space left available for the season so don’t hesitate to get your quote today!
