After a damaging lightning strike, this client reached out to us to upgrade their old fuse panel to a new breaker panel and repair the damaged lighting fixtures, switches and receptacles throughout their home. The life of an electrician isnโ€™t always glamorous - some days you spend 14 hours in the basement of a 100+ year old commercial building with no light but your Milwaukee Tool head lamp!

This building has three separate panels and we were brought in to upgrade the main storefront from a 100amp stab-lok panel to a new 200amp Eaton Corporation panel in order to accommodate an additional load from new commercial ovens for the clientโ€™s new tenant, ๐Ÿ’• Labour Of Love: S&CO.๐Ÿ’• . This project also involved rerouting the existing sub-panels, installing a new two-gang meter base to replace an old splitter and wiring up the commercial ovens!
