Sometimes oopsies happen. 😬

Behind every accident, mistake, or unexpected detour is usually an opportunity.

Living in Central Alberta, most of us know someone who’s had a run-in with a 🦌, 🫎, or even a 🦆. Wildlife happens.

The important part? Everyone made it home safely.

While insurance works through the details on this truck, we’ll be rolling out another service vehicle to keep taking care of our customers. It might be a few weeks before the lettering is finished, but you’ll start seeing it around soon.

And since we can’t leave well enough alone… we’re going to do something a little different and a little fun with this one. 👀

Keep your eyes open around Rimbey, Ponoka, Lacombe, Sylvan Lake, Bentley, and Red Deer. We’ll share more details soon.

Two very different calls this morning, yet both came back to the same topic:

Air Filtration.

Isaac and Sage are currently working on a heating and cooling system that has been severely impacted by a lack of filtration and routine HVAC maintenance.

The system is so contaminated with dust and debris that they’ll likely spend most of the day cleaning components before we can even determine whether the equipment can be safely returned to service.

Meanwhile, my appointment this morning focused on a completely different challenge: pet allergies, indoor air quality, and airflow.

We spent time with a Central Alberta family looking for ways to improve the air quality in their home for a loved one who struggles with severe pet allergies. It’s always encouraging to see homeowners actively looking for ways to create a healthier living environment for their family.

The reality is that there is rarely a single product that completely solves indoor air quality issues.

🔧 The Most Expensive HVAC Problem Is Usually The One You Never Notice.

Most major furnace and air conditioner failures don’t begin as major failures.

They start small.

A slightly dirty filter.

A capacitor that’s beginning to weaken.

A blower motor drawing a little more power than normal.

A refrigerant leak that’s almost impossible for a homeowner to detect.

The challenge is that HVAC systems rarely stop working all at once. More often, they continue operating while efficiency declines and wear increases behind the scenes.

By the time a system stops heating or cooling altogether, the original issue may have been present for weeks or even months.

Some common warning signs include:
