What a pleasure it was to give this home a full revamp from top to bottom.
It went from a basic forgotten exterior to a totally unforgettable brand new beautiful look that our clients are absolutely ecstatic with and will love for years to come.
It started with a full revamp of the exterior siding, going from a yellowy almond color to a crisp Monterey sand look.
The front brown wood was changed with vertical board and batten siding giving it that extra modern look.
New White Aluminum soffit, fascia and gutters were added to make this home look unforgettable.
New windows and doors were added in to add to the new crisp finish we were looking for.
Can't say enough how happy we are with this turnout our clients are ecstatic and love their new home and instead of selling plan on staying for years to come and raise their family in.
This renovation was extra special as well because it was it was a long time high school friend for many of us who trusted in us the revamp of their newly first bought home.
Growing up in Hudson/ St Lazare, it's a small town and everyone knows one another, so when you get the chance to deliver a high quality finished product like this to someone you've known your whole life it adds an extra special feeling especially when friends of friends you've known forever, go by and see the finished product, and give it nothing but praise around our small town. Its a wonderful feeling of accomplishment.
Thanks again to our wonderful team for delivering this high quality finished product, without you this kind of magic doesn't happen.
