Faas Construction Limited has been building quality, custom homes in the Chatham-Kent area since 1956. Originally, started by John Faas, it is now run by his son, Wayne, who took over the business in 1990. Wayne is a licensed carpenter with many years of hands-on experience. Wayne is also a talented designer with a gifted eye for detail. He is credited with designing and building a number of homes

and major renovations in the area. A Faas home boasts many unique details you will be proud to show friends and family. We are confident that a Faas' constructed home will be one that you will be proud of for decades. The quality of a Faas built home will stand the test of time. We do not compromise on quality by using inferior materials or building practices. As a result, there are many specifications in our homes that go well beyond what is considered acceptable, common, building practices. All of our work is fully supported by the Tarion new home warranty.
