Wales McLelland is proud to have completed a 24,067 SF tenant improvement for repeat client Auto West Group at Auto West BMW in Richmond.

The comprehensive renovation, aligned with BMW's Retail.Next concept and corporate design standards, transformed the sales floor, parts department, washrooms, and vehicle delivery spaces from the ground up.

Upgrades included new tile flooring, updated lighting, complete replacement of wall coverings, custom millwork wall panels, concrete textured wall finishes, and the assembly and installation of BMW's signature architectural fixtures including curved metal curtains and halo rings. A new bullpen for BMW staff was also constructed as part of the scope.

It is always a pleasure working with the Auto West Group team, and we are proud to have helped bring their vision for this stunning space to life. Congratulations on the new showroom!

Wales McLelland is proud to announce the completion of Buildings B and E at Campbell Station in Surrey for Porte Communities.

Building B is a 5,270 SF commercial retail building, while Building E is a 7,132 SF daycare facility complete with a rooftop play area, classrooms, a kitchen, and spaces designed to meet Fraser Health Authority childcare licensing requirements.

Congratulations to the Porte Realty team and everyone involved in bringing this project to completion!

Summer 2026 has been a season of growth, progress, and a few well-earned moments of celebration for the Wales McLelland team.

On the project side, it has been a productive few months. New builds have broken ground, significant milestones have been reached across several active sites, and a number of projects have been successfully completed and handed over to our clients. It is incredibly rewarding to reflect on everything our team has accomplished this summer.

Of course, at Wales McLelland, we believe in working hard and celebrating just as well. Our departments once again took turns at the grill for our annual summer BBQ tradition, while it was another fantastic season for the Wales Pickleball League.

Thank you to the entire Wales team for an outstanding summer. We look forward to finishing 2026 just as strong!

A sweeping view of our recently completed work on The Yard.

With the final exterior touches in place, doors will soon open on this 58,000 SF modern office, industrial, and retail development in Railtown.

The Yard features adaptable floor plates, ground-floor retail and light-industrial space, and servicing infrastructure, including dock loading, high ceilings, two passenger elevators, and a dedicated freight elevator.

Congratulations to the entire project team for their diligent work in bringing this landmark development to life!

While we already have established projects and clients in the province, opening a dedicated local office will allow us to deepen those relationships, provide a committed local point of contact, and create meaningful new opportunities for growth and collaboration across Western Canada.

Leading this expansion is Derek Fox, Director of Alberta, who will be responsible for establishing and growing our presence in the province as we continue to develop our Alberta team.
