Our comprehensive Wales McLelland Safety Program is our commitment to every member of our team, and no Wales McLelland workplace runs without it. The program covers pre-project planning, safety orientation and training, ongoing hazard assessments, and regular safety meetings, all working toward a zero-incident record across our operations.

Having a membership with the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety allows us to provide on-going safety education to all our employees that holds everyone across our organization to the highest safety standards in the industry.

It is this commitment that earned us the WorkSafeBC Certificate of Recognition (COR), a certification that ensures our management team maintains an occupational health and safety system that exceeds regulatory requirements on every project we deliver.

We are proud to announce the completion of the Enterprise Paper expansion in Coquitlam!

It has been a pleasure working alongside the Enterprise Paper team from start to finish, and we are thrilled to see the project come to life. This 24,493 SF addition brings new capacity and capability to their existing facility.

Construction is progressing well on the new OpenRoad Toyota Abbotsford dealership at the Fraser Valley Auto Mall in Abbotsford, with the 40,956 SF project now at its halfway mark!

A big thank you to our project team and trade partners for their dedication and hard work in reaching this milestone. We're excited to keep the momentum going and look forward to sharing more updates as we move closer to completion. Stay tuned!

Structural steel is now going up at Delta Intelligent Building Technologies' new Canadian headquarters in Surrey!

It’s exciting to see this project taking shape as we move closer to completing this built-to-suit LEED Gold facility. The new headquarters will feature a fully equipped warehouse, R&D and office spaces, and employee amenities and gathering areas.

The facility will also showcase Delta Intelligent Building Technologies' innovative building control systems, integrated throughout its mechanical and electrical infrastructure.

Rain clouds and 2,830 steps later, the Wales McLelland team is proud to have taken part in the 2026 Real Estate Grind for Mental Health in support of CMHA BC Division.

Nearly 200 industry leaders braved the wet weather on Grouse Mountain, all supporting mental health programs and services that reach 195,000 British Columbians. Together, participants raised over $32,000, with every dollar going directly toward education, peer support, crisis response, and recovery services for people across the province.

A big thank you to CMHA National and HighView Partners for organizing such a meaningful event, and to Glotman Simpson Consulting Engineers, Warrington PCI Management, Warrington Residential, PCI Development, and Low Tide Properties Ltd. for their continued support to the cause.
