🌿 FROM OVERGROWN TO LOW-MAINTENANCE. 👀

This front yard had become tired, overgrown and difficult to maintain — so we gave it a complete cleanup.

We removed the old, unwanted garden material, cleaned up the area and installed 2" river rock to create a fresh, low-maintenance finish.

The result? ⬇️

✅ Cleaner curb appeal
✅ Less ongoing maintenance
✅ Better drainage
✅ A simple, finished look that lasts

Sometimes you don't need an elaborate landscape design to make a huge difference.

Uneven pavers don’t always need to be replaced. 👀

This Richmond patio had shifted and settled over time, leaving uneven stones and a pretty rough-looking surface.
Instead of tearing everything out, our Terraform crew lifted and reset the existing pavers, corrected the problem areas and brought the patio back to a clean, level finish. 🧱

Same pavers. Completely different result.

Have sinking, shifting or uneven pavers around your home? Before spending the money to replace them, they may be repairable.

🚨 Did Metro Vancouver just kill your lawn?

Stage 3 Water Restrictions are officially in effect as of today, and many homeowners are about to find out their usual summer watering routine is no longer allowed.

Starting now:

❌ No lawn watering
❌ No sprinklers
❌ No soaker hoses
❌ No filling pools or hot tubs
❌ No washing driveways and patios

But there are still some things you CAN water.

The question is...

How many people will accidentally break the rules because they haven't seen the update yet?

If you own a home, live in a strata, or manage a commercial property, this is something you'll want to know.

Comment RULES and I'll send you the full breakdown.
