Another major full exterior renovation project completed in West Vancouver. 🏠🔨
This was a highly detailed project involving multiple roofing systems, drainage improvements, carpentry, siding, skylights, and custom exterior work — all completed as part of one coordinated project.
Our scope included:
• Replacing the existing cedar shake roof with new IKO Dynasty shingles
• Replacing an additional section of aging asphalt shingles
• Raising the parapet wall to allow for proper roofing and flashing installation
• Installing a new vapour barrier
• Installing a custom slope package to correct poor drainage and improve water flow
• Installing a new base layer and cap sheet roofing system on the flat-roof sections
• New skylight installation
• New downspouts and drainage improvements
• New gutter cap flashings
• Replacement of deteriorated fascia boards
• Replacement of damaged wood siding
• Removal of an existing window and complete closure of the opening
•Full house painting
Projects like this require much more than simply replacing a roof. Different roof systems, wall transitions, drainage, flashing and exterior components all have to work together to properly protect the building.
The customer is very happy with the completed project, and we’re proud of how everything came together.
