Project Feature: Fleetwood Village 2

Group 161 is proud to have contributed to the design of Fleetwood Village 2, delivering 230 homes across two 6-storey buildings within Dawson Sawyer’s broader masterplan vision for Surrey’s growing Fleetwood neighbourhood.

The full development includes six buildings in total, with two already completed and occupied, three currently under construction, and one planned to start in the next phase. The central landscaping and site areas are also progressing, shaping the shared spaces that will anchor the community.

Anchored by a generous courtyard shielded from the street and a sun-filled rooftop garden, the design prioritizes livability, connection, and family-friendly community spaces.

It's with great pride that we announce the completion of The Park Landmark, a collection of 39 new townhomes in Surrey.

This project was a unique opportunity to create a luxurious residential community that coexists beautifully with nature. Bordering a protected greenspace, The Park Landmark offers residents a peaceful escape while still providing direct access to the wider Fraser Valley and Vancouver.

We're incredibly proud of the work we've done in collaboration with Darshan Builders to bring this vision to life. From the rooftop patios with built-in BBQ kitchens to homes with main-floor patios opening onto expansive green spaces, every detail was considered to blend modern living with a grounded, natural environment.

We believe this project sets a new standard for thoughtful, nature-integrated design.

The Panthers, founded in 1976, have long been a cornerstone of youth sport in Surrey, BC. We’re honored to stand behind the U18 Second Division Women’s team this season and cheer them on as they chase their goals.

We're thrilled to announce that our work on Aavand, a new six-story wood-frame condo building in Coquitlam West, is in its final stages. Located in the peaceful Oakdale neighborhood, this project is situated directly across from a new city park and is within walking distance of Burquitlam Station.

Designed to provide residents with a quiet, low-traffic environment, Aavand is a testament to thoughtful urban planning. We are excited about its completion and the positive impact it will have on the community.
