Sam calls it the million dollar question. And honestly it is, it’s the first thing almost everyone asks before committing to a new manufacturer.

4 to 6 weeks at D3, with some seasonal variability. Lead times get updated on the website every week so you always have an accurate number when you’re planning.

Every stack on this floor has a name on it. And a due date.

Multiple projects running at the same time, all tracked individually. You can walk the floor and know exactly where your order stands without asking anyone.

That’s what organised production actually looks like.



The edge banding goes on before the panel ever reaches assembly.

It’s what seals the edge, protects against moisture, and determines how the finished surface feels. Getting it right here means it doesn’t become a problem on your job site.

Small step. Matters a lot.



Blum slides, pre-installed before anything leaves the floor.

Your installer isn’t mounting hardware on site. They’re installing cabinets. That’s a different conversation when your client is watching the clock.

The prep work happens here so your install day runs the way it should.



Pre-finished birch plywood drawer box. Full depth. Slides already mounted.

Not particle board. Not a thin bottom that sags over time. A drawer box built to actually hold up.

Your client opens that drawer every day. It should feel right every time.



This is what a painted finish actually requires.

Controlled environment. Full protective gear. Someone who knows what right looks like before it moves on.

Painted finishes are the highest-risk category in cabinetry. There’s no grain to hide anything. This is where that standard gets set.

Your client’s going to bring up at least one of these on this project. Might as well hear it from us first.

We walked the floor and pulled five things people believe about cabinets that just aren’t true. Solid wood moving and shrinking with the seasons while veneer stays put, that’s not a downgrade, that’s stability. A stain color that takes five steps done in order, not a can and a rag. Custom that just means made to order, nothing about who checked it before it shipped.

We get this warranty call more than almost any other.

“Why is my cabinet making a noise when it closes?”

Sam made a quick video because at this point it felt like the right move.

The fix takes ten seconds. The door bumper has shifted slightly and is sitting a little too far out. Take it off, push it back in further, done. Your client doesn’t even need to call anyone.

If they ever bring this up, just send them this.

Every designer has had that moment.

The install is done, the client walks through, and they stop at something. A drawer front that isn’t quite right. A finish that slipped through.

That conversation is uncomfortable. And it usually starts with something that left a factory before anyone looked closely enough.

Before anything moves to the rack here, someone checks it by hand, signs off, and tags it. Not a sensor. A person who actually looked at it and decided it was ready.

That’s the part that keeps the uncomfortable conversation from happening.
